Do you sell livestock?
Yes, we raise and sell both chickens and goats.
What processed meats do you offer?
At this time goat and lamb are available as select cuts or as a whole/half.
Chicken is sold as whole bird, sausage, or wings. We will offer select cuts of this as well.
How do you raise and care for your livestock?
Our goats and sheep free-range on pasture and woodland during the spring and summer months. In the fall and winter, they are moved to a rotational grazing system to ensure they can continue grazing while also allowing the land time to rest during the cooler months.
We provide hay year-round, along with sufficient supplemental feed in the winter to maintain proper weight and nutrition.
Our goat and sheep are provided with clean water and sufficient feed at all times to ensure their nutritional needs are fully met.
How do you raise and care for your chickens?
Our chickens are raised in a chicken tractor and are kept on a constant rotational grazing schedule, which is moved every 1–2 days to ensure they always have fresh, clean ground to forage.
